BICHECTOMY
Face profiling

Bichectomy is a surgery that seeks to refine the lower third of the face, projecting an angular improvement in what is the profile of the patient, disappearing bulges that are located near the corners of the mouth, which give the face a aspect of more filling.

The approach is an incision on the inner side of the cheek at the level of the second molar through which the adipose sacs called  BICHAT are  sometimes deep or sometimes superficial.

It is a surgery that  is performed  in a short time with local anesthesia and prompt recovery,  the patient once operated is left in observation 2 hours and can be removed at  home.
